Just finished my latest article: it's on how to praise kids in ways that work. Unfortunately the way we instictively praise children "good job" aren't always as effective as they can be. Taking just a few seconds to use an extra few words can mean our praise goes from "good praise" to "magic dust" - stuff that makes kids MUCH more likely to do positive things MUCH more often.
