Clinical Systems Manager

As Clinical Systems Manager, Taryn develops, monitors and communicates the policies and systems for our team. She provides consultation to the practice manager and practice administrator. She also works with families directly. For more information about Taryn, go to Our Psychology Team.

Amy-Jane Bye - Practice Manager

As Practice Manager, Amy supports the executive team with operational management decisions, supervises and manages our reception team, manages the clinicians’ diaries and supports them with non clinical concerns, liaises with clients around complex queries/difficulties and manages the day to day operations of the clinic.

Philina Douglas - Practice Administrator

As Practice Administrator, Philina manages all needs associated with the property, IT, communication equipment, file management and the resources of both clinics. She also manages Insurance, credentialing, finance and data reporting and importantly - payroll!.
