Developing Minds Psychology and Education are a group of psychologists, who help kids and teens face life's challenges and cope with their struggles...and we help their parents and teachers know how to support them as they do so.

We have an opportunity available for a casual, part time reception/front office professional to join our team.

This position is for approximately 3-4 days per week (some days can be "school hour days" but you will have at least one shift each week which finishes at 7pm) and possibly additional hours over school holidays.

We have offices located in Aberfoyle Park and at Wayville. This rewarding position will see you working between the 2 locations on a part time basis.  You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of psychologists in a professional and friendly environment.

This position will include:

  • Answering phone calls from clients, GP’s, schools or other health care professionals
  • Typing letters and answering emails
  • Making and rescheduling appointments
  • Managing the diaries of up to 16 psychologists
  • Taking payments and providing rebates
  • Providing information and education to clients about funding models
  • Proving friendly service to all clients and families

We are looking for individuals with previous experience dealing with people, excellent telephone skills, a friendly and caring attitude, ability to work very quickly under pressure and excellent computer literacy.  It is essential that you have strong communication skills and work well in a team environment.  Applicants will need to complete an online test which assesses IT skills and problem solving skills.
