Room Rental - Suit health/allied health/wellness professional looking to build practice in central location
From May, we will have up to two rooms (plus access to waiting room, toilets and about to be built lunch room space) in our Wayville clinic available for rent - one room is available for two or three days, and the other room is available for the full week. These would ideally suit an allied health professional such as a psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, nutritionist or consultant psychiatrist etc - who might be looking for a central position for their own entirely independent practice (ie we are not providing admin support or marketing etc)
- but with ready made collegial support, co-referral and networking opportunities built in.
*Please note in order to avoid a conflict of interest in our building we are not looking to rent these rooms to other psychologists or therapists who provide therapy to children/teens- instead therapists seeing adults OR those doing assessment only work with children (or adults) are welcome, as are other allied health or health professionals.
Location: In quiet Jacaranda lined street in Wayville just behind Greenhill Road and Annesley College, one minute walk from tram stop and 5 minute drive from the CBD. 3 minute walk to King William Road coffee shops. On-site parking spots for staff however these are first come and first served so are not always available - otherwise there is 4 hour free parking on the street outside (need to shift your car in the midde of the day) or all day street parking for $6 per day. Plenty of 2 hour street parking is also available for clients/patients.
Rooms: We have two ground floor rooms (one 11sqm and one 14 sqm) with access to a shared waiting room, kitchenette and (about to be constructed) large lunch room and toilets. Both have windows and natural light, and have been newly carpeted and freshly painted. Typical consulting room furnishings provided.
Who else is in the building? On the first floor of the building (upstairs) is Developing Minds - we have 11 child/adolescent psychologists working (part time) in our 7 consulting rooms upstairs and (another 15 working at our 8 room Aberfoyle Park clinic) - our waiting room is separate from the downstairs rooms. Downstairs there is a child/adult assessment clinic and two other psychologists who work with adults. This sounds like a lot of people but we are all very friendly, and are keen to welcome the new/right person with open arms.

- Networking and support (ie in our lunchroom where there is care, authenticity and occasional hilarity!)
-We have an awesome practice administrator who will fixes things, keeps things running and generally makes sure the building is working well for you!
Referrals - Depending on what is appropriate and helpful for our families (approximately 200 per week across both clinics), our Dev Minds team are able to refer to adult psychologists, and other health professionals providing complementary services.
Costs: $230 per week for 2 days (minimum), $340 per week for 3 days or $525 for the whole week (plus GST)
